Sooo... I'm back!! Yeah, as all of you don't know, I used to be on dA way back since '04 or '05... But due to certain events in my life I had a lack of free time... these events? Oh, just trying to mayor in a time consuming career, working at a time consuming job, being in a time consuming (but much loved) relationship... not to mention a lack of Internet or photoshop... So yeah.


Anywho, I'm no longer studying architecture, I am no longer in that relationship (but we're still friends!)... and the job.. well, I still have the job, which is no small miracle.


I came back to dA, checked my old account, and realized that I absolutely hated all 60 deviations I had up. I started erasing them, but after like 20 I realized it would be so much more simple just to open a new account, so ta-da!


About whats going on in my life right now...

I've been single for the past, what, 4 months? Yeah... apparently its going to stay that way for a while.
I dropped architecture and took a break from school, but I'll be starting Graphic design or something like it in January.
I've been working the graveyard shift as a Spanish-English interpreter for Language Line Services since July '06, and I'm so happy with the job.
Due to more free time to do what I want, I've recently gotten back into art and Aging and all that good stuff! I've browsed countless tutorials, learned new techniques, and really improved my skills.
Oh and this book I'm reading, it is simply AMAZING! This Turkish author recently won the Nobel Prize in Literature, and even tho it isn't like what I normally read, he just has the most amazing way of writing. It's so poetic, with such a nice flow... and that's taking into consideration that I'm reading the translated version, I'm sure it's even more beautiful in Turkish.


So, even tho it might not seem like much, I'm actually happy with where my life is right now. I know it's pretty simple, but I'm content with everything the way it is now... I'm happy with my job, with my friends, with my art, with my projects and with the future I'm seeing in store for me.


And I'm happy to be back on dA.
